It's okay to forget
Not that you need my permission
I want you to know it's okay to forget.
Separate the memories from the emotions
Realize that you are never losing
Only winning or learning.
Smile and be grateful for what you had
Let it Motivate you to never settle
Allow it to inspire you
Remind you of your worth
It's really okay to forget
God gave me permission
Burn it
Keep it
Hide it fRom yourself
One day it will be a distant memory
Another item in the closet
Something to smile at and push aside because you have a wife and child
Or maybe you'll return to mamas house
And she'll remind you when you had all of these pictures from a girl way back when
You'll laugh and wonder where they are
When she tells you their gone
I bet it won't hurt anymore.
It's okay to forget
Because i have
I take it for what it was and smile
I was spoiled
I was grateful
A first love well devoted in time
But quite the lesson that changed you and I
Certain things will never be the same
But you'll forget and relearn them again
I'm learning to love
By loving HIM
And HE's taught me how to forget and how to forgive.

Un Regalo de mí para ti.
In all my life (so far) I've only met two people so I would call a kindred spirit.
Synonyms for the word Kindred are blood, akin, and allied.
I share this definition because I see Kindred Spirited Individuals as something apart from friendship. Though similar its on a different level, a spiritual level. We are all spiritual beings, it is not our flesh that makes us alive, but the breath of life God put in each of us.
My ladies, Kay and Dora are strong spirited women whom I've connected with on a number of levels. They showed me a true bond of Godly womanhood beyond the superficial friendships you find between other females. When I speak to them I don't only hear their words but I feel their message. Kay and I easily fall into tears just embracing each other. And Dora always know how to direct prayer to stay in alignment with God's plan.
This is a gift because it is what you asked for. Indirectly and directly you really asked: "Will you let me see beneath your beautiful?" Me presento a usted. Permiso para ver debajo de mi hermosa. Permiso para saber más de lo que ya sabe. Le doy acceso a mi ver.
You don't push. You don't shove. You have yet to even experience my hug.... yet you stay, you're present and you care. Can't tell you how many times I figured you'd just disappear. I feel what you write. I sense every word you speak into me. As different as we are, our mindsets couldn't be any closer. It's creepy, but its comforting cause its effortlessly a genuine exchange of beliefs, opinions, and ideas...rejuvenating and nourishing our spirits alike daily.
Kindred Spirit means of similar nature or character.
I learned this word years ago reading Anne of Green Gables. The protagonist of the novel had a dear friend whom she called a kindred spirit. They held a bond for years and were extremely close.Synonyms for the word Kindred are blood, akin, and allied.

So how is this un regalo....

Proverbs 4:23 says, Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Guarding my heart is my duty. It's everyone's duty. God charges us with this task to not only protect us but help us recognize the value and importance of our heart. Not to be careless with our heart, but to cherish it and hold in the same importance as God holds each and everyone of us. I don't feel rushed and I don't feel fooled. That's what I want to feel and think, but the sense of positivity I feel over comes those bad things.
You are a lesson AND a blessing. You have taught me that I can share the affection I have in something healthy, motivational, and balanced, without risking the safety of my heart. My heart is not at risk because it is relaxed, it's encouraged, and comforted. You are a beautiful example of something God had been trying to communicate to me. I know what I deserve, and it's not asking for too much, because it's how God made me. God has made it extremely clear to me and my morals what is essential not only in a man but in anyone I associate myself with. I always said that I rather spend every night of my life alone in the comforting hands of God before I lay with someone temporary, meaningless and untrue. And I mean what I say (but you know that).
"You should be appreciated for who you are and what you give of yourself. If what you give isn't enough and you feel that you have to exhaust yourself and go against your integrity...[then] find someone whose needs and requirements are within your budget: Emotionally, Physical, Mentally, Spiritually."
I thank you for letting me be who I am. I thank you for an honest friendship with no boundaries and no finish line. Two adults simply enjoying God's blessings and spirits alike. Nothing but good vibes from here forward. May God bless each of individually and support us in all that is to come. The Good, Bad, and the Ugly, I'm down for the cause.
Bienvenido, de Puerto Rico y Bienvenido a todas las pasiones y materias de mi corazón
Un Regalo de mí para ti.

Liars!
-__-
That's my initial face when I find out someone has lied to me.
I just don't understand WHY LIE?!
The truth is light and it will always come out!
James 3:8, "But no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison."
People say oh I wanted to tell you in person, or oh you were having a good day i didn't wanna tell you bad news... -__-
Let me tell you I don't need anyone PLAYING GOD trying to determine what I can and can't handle. You are not my master, you are not my savior. Everything happens for a reason, Lies always go over better when you are upfront about them too. If you let months go by knowing that you did something awful yet try to continue a happy normal life YOU ARE FOOLING YOURSELF!
You know the truth.
God knows the truth.
And there is a good chance you have a witness in most cases that you may not even know about.
I'm not saying you should tell all your business so not to lie. But if you are uncomfortable telling someone something let them know! Don't give them a false story cause you don't want them to know the real one. That's how a small lie gets built up for days and years and so on...
I'm at an age and a point where I just feel so disgusted when someone lies to me. Depending on how much I trust and love them that disgust can grow to heart ache and distance separation. Sometimes you lie and don't even notice, But you need to come around and fix your lie. Make it known and apologize. Now if I barely know the person and I catch them in a lie...then shoot its an easy eye roll and good day sir or madame!
What does the BIBLE say about lies?
Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight.

At age 20 I can honestly say that this week is the toughest week I have had in a really long time. Within this week great things have happened but they've been shadowed by dark sad things at the same time. I have a feeling in my heart that has me tense and reaching out to God like never before.
Sometimes I'm scared, I'm sad, I'm lost but that's where the test comes in. Despite my sad reflections I have to remember what does Jesus say? What comfort and help can he provide me?
Psalms 37: 23-26 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholdeth him with His hand. I have been young and am now old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful and lendeth and his seed is blessed.
Psalms 199: 105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
I have all these keys and aides in the Bible yet I sometimes feel that I find them too late. But its never too late. When God makes his word known to me on the Internet, through a friend, or another means that IS my way out of a tough situation.

Philippians 4:6-7, “Be anxious about nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication let your requests be known unto God and the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your heart and mind.”
I was taught the steps of a Good Man are ordered. God doesn't want you to walk a life a failure and darkness. But in all your desires and aspirations I was taught you should bring it up to God and ask him if this is his will. Ask God to remove anything from your life that displeases him and to order your steps in the word of Christ, himself.Psalms 37: 23-26 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and he delighteth in his way. Though my battles may seem long I know Christ is with me. I pray that this post blesses someone one day.I'm coming LORD...

Be nice to everyone and you are never at fault.
Disappointed today.
I just don't understand.
How can someone choose to walk away from a friendship?
True friendships within stand the most.
Taught to forgive and be kind always.
But females can be best friends one day and then calling each other nasty names and avoiding them in public.
That's just too much work for me.
Am I wrong?
I honestly choose to be humble and nice to everyone despite what I or someone else hears or feels or thinks.
God is preparing my heart for something.
And I'm just going to trust him.
I know one thing for sure is I'm never backing down on my dreams, my goals.
I have a friend in Jesus and he has provided me with a loving family and man who supports my dreams.
Forget the rest.
And to be honest I did ask God to remove anything from my life that displeases him... who knows.
People come and go but you gotta stay true to yourself. Staying true to my art is me being close to my heart.
Sweet Dreams.

There's None Like Him
God works in miraculous ways.
It hurts to look back on every time I allow myself to be down and sad
For hours I do the worst to my spirit
I allow myself to forget that I'm breathing
That I'm standing
That I'm intelligent
I allow myself to forget I serve a healer
A protector
A provider
An awesome God.
I linger in darkness and tears because I feel a lack of control
I feel that everything is going wrong and nothing is right
I feel divided and alone and at a lost
How foolish am I?
How immature was my mind?
My future is predestined by an awesome God.
I walk in the light of His grace
I lack control because it is His life to control
Everything is going wrong because I kept myself from seeing his light
And in the midst of it all He Never Ever left my side...
How incredible is that?
